Fic: Start Counting

Title: Start Counting
Author: Parrotfish
Characters: Martha, Jack, Ten
Rating: PG-13 (just a bit of innuendo)
Summary:  Why do we keep count of the things in our lives?  A conversation between Martha and Jack.
Author's note:  When I should have been doing a thousand other things, this dialogue grabbed me by the ear and wouldn't let go until it got written down. Couldn't stop thinking about what the Jack-Martha dynamic would be like.
Disclaimer: Not mine. BBC's. Just borrowing. Etc.

Fic: Look After Him For Me?

Title: Look After Him For Me?
Author: Jo.
Rating G.
Warnings: Weepy/Angsty!
Summery: Martha is asked to make a promise.
A/N: mzimmy drew a lovely sketch and I felt compelled to write a piece for it. This is as close to a Doomsday fic as you will get out of me and a catharsis of sorts as well. Lately some of the more avid Rose/Ten shippers have bothered me with their abject hatred towards Martha as a character. Enough that I was to the point of 'Oh God here we go again' whenever I saw anything on the flist referring to Rose. Not now though. =)

Fic: Refuge - Old Clichés Made New challenge

Hope you guys enjoy this - the challenge was exactly what I needed to write me some Martha-fic, and this was so much fun to write. Hope you all enjoy it!

Characters: Ten and Martha, unsurprisingly
Word count: 3571
Rating: G
Spoilers: The Shakespeare Code, if you squint.
Beta: Many thanks to ponygirl72 and kazzy for all their help :o)

Cliche Challenge Fic: Cures What Ails You 1/1

Title: Cures What Ails You (Cliché Challenge Fic #21 – Martha Gets Hurt)
Author: longtimegone
Rating: PG
Pairing: Martha/Ten, I suppose. Not really though. Kind of gen, with the shadow of Rose.
Summary: Martha sprains her ankle and the Doctor comes clean about Rose. Martha gets a glimpse of her future and the Doctor starts to move on a bit more.
Spoilers: Through "The Lazarus Experiment"
Disclaimer: Doctor Who belongs to the BBC. Not me. Though I would take a Doctor for my own if they insisted.
Notes: I don’t DO this. But I read the Cliche Challenge and started typing and here this is. *hides behind the sofa* This was beta read by the fantastic sundancekid. All remaining mistakes and general egregious abuse of the English language belongs to yours truly.
